Follow up package secured at Wedge House for Kier London

J P Dunn Construction have secured a follow up package of works at Wedge House in Blackfriars for Kier London, where the demolition and removal of the existing basement are complete. The next phase involves the deepening of the old basement by 2m including all necessary temporary works, the design and install of the waterproofing, and the new RC box. J P Dunn Construction’s value of work is of the order of £3.2m. The focal point of the 110,000 ft2 mixed use development is a 192 room 15 storey hotel. Follow–up works including the slip form core and RC frame are still to be awarded.
