New Community Resource Centre at Greenwood Place

J P Dunn Construction are proud to have played their part In developing a new community resource centre at Greenwood Place in Kentish Town, which is planned to open in Autumn 2018. The project is being carried out on behalf of Kier and their Client, the London Borough of Camden. The J P Dunn Construction delivery team was led by Davie Moloney, Jas Rekhi, Vaslica Bacur, and Michal Slkowski.

The substructure and concrete frame are now finished and guests of honour recently attended the topping out ceremony to mark this landmark. The ceremony included an inspiring speech by Ossie Stuart, the Chair of Camden Disability Action, who described the vision for the centre as a place where people can come and access a wide range of support designed to enable independence and help people to achieve the outcomes they want for themselves.
