New Contract Award at Parsons North

J P Dunn Construction have commenced works at Parsons North on behalf of Osbornes. The newly awarded package of works with a value of £4 million comprise a waterproof RC basement and the RC structure over five floors above.

This overall development provides 60 new homes for Westminster City Council, of which 19 units are affordable tenure and 41 for private sale.

The building encloses a communal garden for the residents, linking in to future proposals for a “Green Spine” public realm improvement.

John Hurd will be managing the project on behalf of the company.
