New contract awarded at Aylesbury Estate

J P Dunn Construction Ltd are delighted to have been awarded our first contract with Vistry for the Groundworks and Concrete Frame package at the Aylesbury Estate, London. The project is to deliver 122 new homes for rent as part of the south London estates overhaul. In addition there will be provision for a new public library, health and early years’ facilities, and commercial space The J P Dunn value of works is circa £7m and includes a single storey basement with a 4 storey RC Frame on top and a separate 15 storey RC Frame. The project is to be managed by Gideon Ogunkinle

Enabling works are progressing well and the main works will commence this month.
