New contract secured in Westminster for Osborne

J P Dunn Construction Ltd have been appointed by Osborne to carry out the groundworks and RC frame works at the Ashbridge, Ashmill & Cosway sites in the City of Westminster.

The AAC projects form part of the Council’s wider Church Street regeneration. 77 homes, 28 of these affordable, will be spread across sites on Cosway, Ashbridge and Ashmill Streets, all of which have not previously been used for housing. The entire masterplan will provide around 1,750 new homes, a new cultural quarter centred around the antiques market and Cockpit Theatre and 7,000m² of retail space.

J P Dunn’s package gets underway in early November and the management team will be Davie Moloney and Dan Darie.
