Social housing projects
The provision of social housing has been a major part of the companies turnover during the last year or so. Substantial schemes have been completed at Aylesbury Estate (£7m value for Vistry), Gillender Street in Bow (£11m value for Mount Anvil), Havering (£7m value for Wates), Hounslow (£6.5m value for Willmott Dixon), and in Kensington and Chelsea (£3.5m value for Willmott Dixon).
All of these jobs have been delivered against the backdrop of Brexit, Covid, lorry driver shortages, a fuel crisis, and significant wage and material inflation. Well done to all the project teams for getting to the finishing line in such trying circumstances!
