Another new project secured with Kier

JP Dunn Construction have secured yet another project with Kier, this time being the new six storey mixed use development ‘The Fitzrovia’ at 247 Tottenham Court Road, London.

JP Dunn will be completing the two storey RC basement box works on the project. This includes the basement slab, walls, underground drainage and concrete cores. The project will require JP Dunn to work within tight constraints such as the central London location bordered by busy trunk roads and a temporary propping system installed by the demolition contractor. JP Dunn will remove the two level temporary propping system on completion of the ground floor slab.

Works commence on site in January 2023
