Student accommodation for St Peter’s College at the University of Oxford.

The project consists of a dual four storey building inclusive of 54 bedrooms. As well as meeting the ultra-low carbon Passivhaus Institute Low Energy Building (LEB) Standard, the buildings will include a podium garden with paved and planted areas with JP Dunn sub contracted for the enabling works, Groundworks, RC Frame and Hard landscaping.

JP Dunn commenced work on site earlier this year, including the initial reduced level dig and temporary propping to Bulwark’s Lane footpath. With the ground floor slab for the building completed, work has continued on to the RC Frame.
