Two jobs secured with Morgan Sindall in Camden

Not one but two jobs secured with Morgan Sindall in Camden. We have now started the Groundworks phase on the Camden Road Hostel and Chester Road Hostel projects.

Chester Road Hostel will provide 50 new temporary homes for local families, with common areas, a staff room and office. The project also includes enhancements to the public footpath to the north and a new public courtyard for the residents of Chester Road.

Camden Road will provide 39 new temporary homes, 2 No. single storey garden buildings and landscaping works.

On both projects our scope of works includes Pile mats, pile attendance, pile caps, ground floor slabs, waterproofing, underground drainage and services.

At Camden Road, our scope also includes a 6 storey pre-cast concrete lift shaft, King post retaining walls and a contiguous piled basement.
