New project award in Nine Elms

We are thrilled to back on site at Nine Elms to start the Groundworks and RC Frame package on the new flagship primary school building with Morgan Sindall. The school will help increase capacity for the borough’s SEND provision with a 16-place Social, Emotional and Mental Health specialist base.

As a modern two-form entry primary school, it will have capacity to accommodate 420 children aged between 5 and 11 in mainstream education, as well as a stand-alone nursery facility for 52 children.

Our scope of works includes piling attendance, pile caps, ground beams, 3 storey RC Frame, 3 storey pre-cast lift core and a 5 storey jumpform stair core. Other works include metal deck concrete toppings, underground drainage and external works.

Foundation works commence in March with the RC Frame starting in April.
